We had a Christmas gathering with a group of 20 recently. We were seated right in front of the fireplace and Christmas tree! It was wonderful! Our waitress has been with the restaurant for a long time and we were lucky to have her again. I ordered prim rib with baked potato. It was heavenly!

The food was excellent, but the service is what would keep me coming back. The manager checked in with us multiple times and wait staff was on top of it the entire evening. We started in the bar and then had dinner. It was a very nice evening with friends.

From the outside it looks like another pizza joint; it isn't. Brick House is way better than that! It's isn't a high fluting restaurant, locals come here and as they say, if locals come it's good. Yan and I had the Prime Rib special! It was good, not a lot of fat. The baked potato was great. We didn't have dessert, I wish we had. Yan wouldn't let me. The staff is caring and isn't that what it's all about. The place was packed and for good reason. It's great. Parking was easy and on a Saturday night reservations are not required but less waiting. Chris picked up the phone and was great. Didn't get the name of our server but she was good. Go! Go! Go!

I wanted to find a restaurant with amazing food AND access to a private room to hold my mother's Celebration of Life on 10/3/24. I researched over 20 restaurants and I just couldn't find the perfect fit. A good friend recommended Brickhouse and said that it had a beautiful private room and the manager Chris was awesome. My spouse and I went to meet Chris, sample the food and see the room. Our friend was right, Chris was amazing AND he just happened to have my dad as his teacher when he went to Elk Grove High School. We sampled the food and it was STELLAR. Chris sat with us and answered all of our questions. Organizing a Celebration of Life can be a bit stressful but Chris made the process seamless. We were able to decorate the room anyway we wanted and Chris and the staff were willing to help in anyway they could. Megan was our server and she was spectacular. She was friendly and efficient and handled my gregarious family with ease. She was the perfect fit for the occasion. The Shrimp Scampi was delicious. The Roasted Chicken was SO flavorful. The Rib Eye with garlic butter was cooked perfectly. The Fettuccine and Ravioli were fabulous. The family is still talking about it the next day. The celebration was an event my family will never forget. We were all so impressed by Chris, Megan and the staff. We will cherish the memories we made at Brickhouse and we will never forget the service or the food. We will be customers for life AND it was the perfect place to celebrate my mother's Celebration of Life.

**A Hidden Gem in Elk Grove, California** Tonight, my wife and I stumbled upon what can only be described as a hidden gem in Elk Grove, California: The Brick House. This place earns every bit of its five-star review. Let's dive into why this spot is an absolute must-visit. **Service:** From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the host and the general manager, Chris Martin. Their friendliness, patience, and accommodating nature set the tone for the evening. Our waitress, Lane, epitomized exceptional customer service. I've been to Michelin-starred restaurants, and their attention and care for their clientele were no greater than what we experienced at The Brick House. Lane was attentive, quickly noticing when we were ready to order without making us wait. Her extensive knowledge of the menu guided us perfectly. Chris, the general manager, was equally impressive. He stopped by our table to chat, giving us the 411 about our food and even recommending another restaurant for the days The Brick House is closed. His friendly demeanor and willingness to serve tables alongside his staff were refreshing. It's clear he takes pride in providing excellent service. **Food:** Oh my God! The food was phenomenal, rivaling some of the high-end restaurants in Elk Grove. All the pasta is handmade, and you can taste the difference. Even the beef stroganoff featured pasta made by hand, which added a remarkable depth of flavor and texture. My wife, who hasn't enjoyed pasta this much since our trip to Italy six months ago, was thrilled. The presentation and portion sizes were spot on. My wife had a seasonal cocktail that she described as sensational, and my Shirley Temple was a perfect blend of flavors that complemented our meal. **Atmosphere:** The atmosphere was family-friendly without being overly noisy. The staff struck the perfect balance between attentiveness and giving us space. Lane, our culinary concierge, provided an ideal mix of speed and professionalism. I highly recommend The Brick House. If you decide to go, let Chris know that Karif, the guy in the LA Dodgers hat who promised to leave a review, sent you. Trust me, this will be one of the best decisions you'll ever make. Enjoy your journey at The Brick House!

I had a reservation down for a Wednesday night. Checked in and was walked to my seat immediately. The waitress was nice and attentive. We ordered a variety of food from steak, salad, potatoes, soup, pasta, and veal. The steak was cooked perfectly, the brown sauce on the side was not needed so we didn't use much of it. I got the veal scaloppini and I did not like the sauce. It was packed with oil, which made the meat mushy and slimy. I didn't have much of that, but ate the rest of my plate. Many of the food, such as the minestrone soup needed more salt, but that's a personal preference.
